I can't blame it on my dryer. The pants that I wear are a bit "snug." At school, I participated in a water wellness challenge to drink more water, and as a result, was able to wear "comfy" clothes to school. The pants that I'm wearing, a few months ago, were practically hanging on me, and could hardly stay up. They now are a bit snug (though not tight) in the thighs.
I worked out after school yesterday- 30 min elliptical, 15 min on the stationary bike. Today I'm not sure if I'll get any exercise in or not. I chose to sleep in, knowing that I have my nephew's Christmas program at 7:15, with a meeting that'll last till 5, and then a probably 30 min drive home to change clothes for the program.
So can't wait for the weekend.

Years ago I slowly put on several pounds, enough that my clothes kept getting tighter. At the time I didn't own a scale and did blame the dryer. I mentioned it to my sister and the look on her face (that said, really, you're telling yourself that lie?) knocked me into reality. LOL!
well don't be too hard on yourself. Holidays are meant to be enjoyed and relaxed.
